As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Digital & Social Media Manager to help tell our story, strengthen our online presence, and connect with customers where they already are.
Position Overview
The Digital & Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and growing Clockwork Heating & Air’s digital footprint. This role blends strategy, creativity, and execution—owning social media, website content, digital campaigns, and online brand consistency. If you’re both creative and analytical, and enjoy turning ideas into measurable results, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Google Business, and others as needed)
- Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, graphics, and short-form videos
- Develop and execute monthly content calendars aligned with company goals
- Monitor and respond to online comments, messages, and reviews in a professional, brand-aligned voice
- Maintain and update website content (blogs, landing pages, promotions, service pages)
- Track and report on digital performance metrics (engagement, traffic, leads, conversions)
- Coordinate digital campaigns, promotions, and seasonal marketing initiatives
- Support email marketing, online reputation management, and basic paid ad efforts
- Collaborate with ownership and office staff to ensure consistent branding and messaging
- Stay up to date on social media trends, tools, and best practices
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management
- Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills
- Experience managing business social media accounts (not just personal)
- Familiarity with content scheduling tools, analytics, and reporting
- Basic knowledge of SEO, website content management, and digital advertising is a plus
- Highly organized with strong time-management skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand consistency
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
- Experience in home services, trades, or local business marketing is a plus
