The
Digital Specialist SEO Manager
will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth. This role requires a data-driven marketer with deep knowledge of paid media channels, strong analytical skills, and a creative approach to audience targeting and campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

Develop and execute comprehensive digital advertising strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.

Plan and manage multi-channel paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, Programmatic, etc.).

Conduct competitive research and audience analysis to identify opportunities for growth.

Campaign Management

Oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of paid search, display, social, and video campaigns.

Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that maximize engagement and conversion rates.

Manage budgets effectively to ensure optimal ROI and spend efficiency.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, KPIs, and ROI.

Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders regularly.

Continuously test and refine ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).

4+ years of experience in digital advertising, paid media, or performance marketing.

Proven success managing large-scale paid media budgets and delivering measurable results.

Advanced proficiency with advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.).

Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Data Studio, or similar tools.

Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.

Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certification a plus.
