 Experience working with Gov Tech stack layers, their components and providing recommendations such as identity and digital trust, data registries, consent and interoperability, payments, e-marketplaces and others.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deep understanding of global best practices/ benchmarks across the Gov Tech stack layers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Capabilities to drive key enablers across Gov Tech stack such as implementation roadmap, initiative alignment/ adoption, monitoring and evaluation frameworks/ governance and establishment of capability plan for adoption of Gov Tech stack.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with development of implementation guidelines and policies for Gov Tech stack layers and initiatives.
 </li>
