Job Summary:
The Digital Support Specialist will play a pivotal role in ensuring client and sales team satisfaction by providing expert guidance and support for our digital marketing services. This position involves proactive communication with clients to review SEO performance, configure review management software, and manage social media assets, including Google Business Profiles and Facebook pages. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, tech-savvy, and adept at translating complex digital concepts into clear, actionable insights for clients and our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Conduct professional outbound calls to engage with SEO clients, presenting detailed performance reports, discussing progress, and addressing inquiries to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Review Management Support: Guide clients through the setup and utilization of our review management software, providing clear instructions and ongoing support to maximize its effectiveness.
- Google Business Profile Management: Assist clients in claiming, verifying, and optimizing their Google Business Profiles to enhance local search visibility and drive business growth.
- Social Media Fulfillment: Facilitate the management of clients’ Facebook pages by securing administrative access, ensuring seamless integration with our services, and providing strategic guidance on social media best practices.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot client concerns with professionalism and efficiency, collaborating with internal teams to deliver timely solutions.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a digital marketing or tech-related environment.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with SEO principles, Google Business Profiles, and social media platforms (Facebook). Proficiency in Google Account Management and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to resolving client issues.
