The Digital Team Lead for Real Estate is responsible for managing the company’s online presence, driving engagement, generating quality leads, and ensuring strong visibility across all digital platforms. The role primarily focuses on social media management and SEO to support real estate sales and branding goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

  • Plan and manage social media content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Create project-based content calendars and oversee creative assets (reels, posts, videos).
  • Engage with audience comments, messages, and queries professionally.
  • Analyze social media insights to improve reach, engagement, and leads.

2. SEO & Website Optimization

  • Perform real estate–focused keyword research.
  • Optimize website pages and blogs for higher ranking and organic traffic.
  • Monitor and manage Google Business Profiles for projects.
  • Track and improve search ranking, traffic, and user engagement.

3. Digital Campaign Support

  • Assist in running Meta & Google Ads for property promotions.
  • Support lead generation campaigns for new project launches.
  • Evaluate ad performance and suggest improvements.

4. Content & Branding Coordination

  • Ensure consistent branding across all real estate projects.
  • Coordinate with design, photo/video teams to collect and publish quality property content.
  • Maintain updated details for ongoing and upcoming project promotions.

5. Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare weekly/monthly analytics reports on social media and SEO performance.
  • Use insights to refine digital strategies.

6. Team Coordination

  • Supervise and coordinate tasks with designers, editors, and content creators.
  • Communicate with the sales team to align digital strategy with sales targets.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 2–3 years of experience in Social Media Management and SEO (real estate experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of real estate marketing and digital trends.
  • Knowledge of content creation workflows (design, video, copy).
  • Good communication, planning, and leadership skills.
  • Familiar with Meta Insights, Google Analytics & Search Console.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
