To fuel this growth, we’re looking for a Digital Transformation & AI Consultant who will turn digital and AI maturity insights into actionable roadmaps and translate AI ambition into practical, scalable change.

🏆 What success looks like

You’ll be a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders; owning the end-to-end transformation agenda across strategy, roadmap, and execution. Success means:

• Delivering board-level digital and AI maturity assessments and clear, actionable transformation roadmaps
• Designing measurable roadmaps that drive adoption, value creation, and sustained change
• Translating AI ambition into reality; especially through proven use cases that delivery true business value
• Leading cross-functional teams and inspiring confidence through crisp storytelling and strong delivery

🎯 What you’ll do

• Lead digital and AI maturity engagements:  Run assessments, synthesize findings, and translate them into executive-ready narratives and prioritization.
• Build transformation roadmaps:  Design multi-year digital transformation roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Own workshops & executive facilitation:  Deliver compelling, insightful workshops; guide leaders through strategic choices and trade-offs.
• Act as a trusted transformation partner:  Work closely with clients to understand challenges, craft strategies, and ensure outcomes stick post-implementation.
• Bridge strategy to delivery:  Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to ensure solutions land in real processes; not just slides.
• AI transformation leadership:  Identify and shape high-impact AI opportunities, with a strong focus on true business value. Hands-on experimentation, prototyping mindset, and practical implementation pathways.
• Strengthen our consulting offering:  Contribute to improving our methodologies, playbooks, and point-of-view content based on client feedback and market trends.

💡 What makes you a great fit

• 10+ years in digital and AI transformation consulting:  Strong, hands-on delivery experience. Leading workshops, shaping strategy, and owning outcomes end-to-end.
• Enterprise consulting background:  You’ve worked in high-expectation consulting environments and can confidently engage senior stakeholders. (Big 4 is a plus)
• Maturity & roadmap expertise:  You’ve delivered digital maturity assessments and created actionable transformation roadmaps aligned to business goals.
• Hands-on practical management consulting experience:  From discovery to execution support you turn insights into decisions, plans, and measurable progress.
• Hands-off, practical AI experience:  You can identify, ideate, and rationalize AI projects and translate experimentation into real transformation programs.
• Exceptional communication in English:  Strong written and verbal skills with confident facilitation and presentation presence.
• Willingness to travel as needed  to meet clients and deliver workshops.
