Digital Transformation Consultant

In the Digital Excellence unit, we design and deploy innovative conceptual strategies that help our clients overcome business challenges. We collaborate with multiple clients to provide services and products in the field of enterprise architecture and digital transformation. We provide consulting services accompanied by a set of tools that we have developed to help our clients achieve their desired goals.

Currently, we are on the lookout for a Digital Transformation Consultan t who can perform at the top of their game to join us and contribute to our success. This role will play a key part in shaping digital strategy, supporting clients through their transformation journeys, aligning IT capabilities with business objectives, and contributing to sustainable growth and competitive advantage through digital transformation

Responsibilitie

• Support the development and execution of clients' digital transformation strategies, in alignment with their business goals and objectives
• Collaborate with senior leadership, business stakeholders, and technology teams to help define the vision, goals, and roadmap for the digital transformation initiative
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of current IT systems, processes, and capabilities to identify opportunities for digital innovation and improvement
• Design and recommend target operating models and digital solutions that address business challenges and unlock new value
• Evaluate emerging technologies, trends, and industry developments to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage in the digital space
• Develop business cases, feasibility studies, and implementation roadmaps to support transformation decisions
• Contribute to the delivery of digital transformation engagements, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time and aligned with client expectations
• Apply recognized frameworks and standards (such as NORA and TOGAF) to guide transformation planning and governance
• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture artifacts and deliverables in line with the NORA framework, ensuring alignment with Qiyas measurement requirements
• Conduct enterprise architecture maturity assessments and develop remediation plans to close the gap
• Help align clients' enterprise architecture and digital transformation initiatives with the standard

Requiremen

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a similar field
• 5+ years of experience in digital transformation, IT consulting, or a related field
• Proper knowledge of the NORA framework and Digital Transformation Standard
• Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Arabic.

Preferable Certificate

• TOGAF or other relevant certificates are a plus.
