Digital Transformation Programme Specialists / Consultants
to support the coordination and delivery of a
large-scale, multi-stakeholder, internationally funded transformation programme
focused on accelerating SMEs’ digital transformation investments.
This role goes beyond classical consulting assignments. It sits at the intersection of
programme management, stakeholder coordination and technical digital transformation expertise
, ensuring that programme objectives are translated into structured, traceable and implementable outcomes.
The scope and level of responsibility will be shaped based on the candidate’s experience (
Senior or Junior
).
Key Responsibilities

Support the day-to-day coordination and implementation of a multi-stakeholder digital transformation programme

Act as an interface between SMEs, technical experts, financial stakeholders and programme management
-
Ensure that digital transformation assessments and investment proposals are consistent with programme eligibility, structure and objectives

Contribute to the structuring, tracking and monitoring of programme pipelines and activities
-
Support the design and delivery of awareness, training and workshop activities within the programme
-
Ensure proper documentation, traceability and quality control across programme processes

Contribute to KPI tracking, progress monitoring and structured reporting
-
Support continuous improvement of programme processes, tools and methodologies

Work closely with the Project Manager on governance, coordination and risk management topics
Candidate Profile (Seniors)
-
6+ years of professional experience in programme management, digital transformation, technology consulting or related fields
-
Proven experience working within
support programmes, incentive schemes, grant-funded or development-funded initiatives
-
Strong background in coordinating multiple stakeholders with different objectives and decision-making structures
-
Experience translating strategic programme objectives into operational processes
-
Ability to lead technical discussions while maintaining a programme-level perspective
-
Experience in preparing or delivering structured training, workshops or guidance materials
Candidate Profile (Juniors)

2+ years of experience in programme support, consulting or operational roles
-
Exposure to
support mechanisms, incentives, grants or structured programmes
(directly or indirectly)

Strong organisational, follow-up and documentation skills

Comfort working with structured processes, templates and reporting requirements

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a coordinated programme environment

Strong analytical thinking and disciplined documentation skills

Professional working proficiency in Turkish and English

Familiarity with reporting, compliance or governance requirements of structured programmes
