Digital Transformation Consultant - Qiyas

Responsibilities:

1. Assess the organization’s current state and evaluate digital maturity using recognized frameworks and standards.
2. Develop digital transformation strategies and roadmaps aligned with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
3. Design digital governance models, defining roles, responsibilities, and performance monitoring mechanisms.
4. Oversee the execution of digital transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment between technology, business, and user experience.
5. Support Government Entities to comply with digital government standards (DGA) and relevant digital transformation measurement indexes (Qiyas, Emerging Technologies, Website and Digital Content Efficiency, Digital Experience Maturity
6. Measure impact and key performance indicators, driving continuous improvement based on data-driven insights.
7. Identify digital risks and dependencies, and contribute to risk mitigation and business continuity planning related to digital initiatives.
8. Support the adoption of emerging technologies (e.g., AI, automation, data platforms) through structured use-case evaluation and readiness assessment.
9. Facilitate stakeholder engagement, executive workshops, and alignment sessions to drive change and decision-making.
10. Enable knowledge transfer, capability building, and change management activities to ensure sustainable adoption and long-term success.
11. Communication skills and ability to provide workshops, training sessions to different entities.
12. Contribute to proposal development, client presentations, and delivery excellence within consulting engagements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• 4 years of relevant experience.
• Fluency spoken in both Arabic and English.
• Must have at least three years of experience in the field of Qiyas Digital Transformation.
• Must be resident inside Saudi Arabia.
• Ability to work in Riyadh city, or another city inside Saudi Arabia.
