Digital Transformation / Enterprise Applications

1. Strategic Planning & Implementation Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP modules and other enterprise applications in alignment with organizational strategy. Define project roadmaps, milestones, and timelines for successful rollouts. Evaluate and recommend software solutions that support business growth, compliance, and efficiency. 2. Project & Stakeholder Management Oversee cross-functional project teams including IT, Finance, Operations, HR, and external consultants. Ensure seamless stakeholder alignment, managing expectations at senior leadership and operational levels. Develop and maintain project governance frameworks, risk registers, and escalation protocols. 3. Process Optimization & Integration Ensure smooth integration of SAP with legacy systems, cloud applications, and third-party tools. Drive business process re-engineering to enhance efficiency and automation. Establish best practices, SOPs, and documentation for all implementations. 4. Quality Assurance & Compliance Define and monitor KPIs for implementation success (cost, time, functionality, user adoption). Ensure compliance with IT security, audit, and regulatory standards. Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and post-implementation reviews to track ROI. 5. Change Management & Training Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption across the organization. Organize training workshops, knowledge transfers, and user manuals for staff at all levels. Act as a bridge between technology and business users, ensuring ease of use and adoption. 6. Team Leadership & Vendor Management Lead internal SAP and IT implementation teams with a focus on mentoring and skill development. Manage contracts, SLAs, and performance of external vendors, consultants, and technology partners. Build a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team. 7. Continuous Improvement & Support Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution of incidents. Implement system upgrades, patches, and enhancements without disrupting business operations. Stay updated on emerging technologies (AI, automation, analytics, cloud solutions) and recommend adoption

Pay: ₹1,300,000.00 - ₹20,000,000.00 per year
