Digital Transformation & Loyalty Marketing Manager
to join the
Elite World Hotels & Resorts Head Office!

Develop and implement the company’s digital transformation strategy and ensure full integration of all digital systems.

Monitor the performance of CRM, loyalty and digital marketing platforms, analyzing customer data to generate actionable insights

Design, develop and evaluate customer loyalty programs to enhance retention and engagement.

Manage the digital marketing budget, and oversee planning, optimization and reporting processes for advertising campaigns across Google,Tiktok, Meta, YouTube and other platforms.

Plan and coordinate SEO initiatives to improve search engine visibility in collaboration with digital agencies.

Oversee management and performance of digital channels including the website, mobile app, email marketing, social media and push notifications.

Create and manage the social media strategy, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and measuring performance metrics.

Collaborate with digital marketing agencies for campaign management, media buying and content production.

Measure and report digital performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite and Power BI.

Supervise franchise hotels’ digital marketing activities, ensuring brand consistency and supporting local strategy development.

Provide the executive team with regular digital performance, customer loyalty and conversion reports.
