Job Title: Digital Transformation Specialist (Tamheer Program)


Job Summary:

We are seeking an ambitious graduate to join our Digital Transformation team through the Tamheer program. In this role, you will support and implement digital initiatives aimed at improving operational processes and enhancing customer experience. This opportunity provides hands-on experience in system analysis, identifying improvement opportunities, and contributing to the adoption of modern technologies to drive innovation in a dynamic work environment.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Participate in analyzing, designing, and developing digital solutions to support company objectives.
  • Assist in automating internal processes and procedures using appropriate technical tools.
  • Collect and analyze data to evaluate the performance of digital initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with different departments to understand their requirements and contribute to implementing tailored technology solutions.
  • Prepare regular reports on the progress of digital projects and achieved outcomes.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in digital transformation.


Qualifications & Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or Computer Science.
  • Registered in the Tamheer program and eligible for on-the-job training.
  • Passion for emerging technologies and digital innovation.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Basic knowledge of databases, system analysis, and project management.
