Role Purpose:

The Digital Transformation Specialist will serve as a strategic partner to business units and management, driving process improvements and enabling technology adoption across the organization. The role will focus on analysing business needs, developing transformation roadmaps, and ensuring the successful delivery of digital solutions that align with organizational strategy. Acting as a bridge between business and technology teams, the specialist will contribute to creating a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with relevant departments and management to understand business needs and provide strategic guidance on digital initiatives.
• Analyse existing business processes, identify gaps, and develop business cases for transformation opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support their process, establish a shared vision and deliver a common transformation roadmap.
• Drive and support decision-making processes for technology selection, ensuring alignment with business strategies.
• Coordinate with suppliers, development teams, or support teams to implement agreed transformation projects.
• Ensure project delivery within defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Provide tactical and technological recommendations based on expertise and industry best practices.
• Develop, improve, and maintain processes within the Digital Transformation department to enhance overall efficiency.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business administration, Computer science or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business operations, digital transformation or related areas.
• Hands-on experience with operations, HSE, sustainability, Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), and quality processes.
• Experience with ERP systems, SAP knowledge is highly advantageous.
• Exposure to data analytics, business process management (BPM), and process automation is a plus.
• Proven project management and team management experience are an advantage.
• Strong analytical, organizational and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build collaboration across functions.
• Fluency in Turkish and English is required.
• Flexibility to travel for business purposes when necessary.
