Key Activities, Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Design modern, responsive, and user-centric interfaces aligned with ART’s digital identity and evolving customer expectations, utilizing tools to deliver wireframes, mockups, user flows, and interactive prototypes.

Conduct user research, persona development, journey mapping, and usability testing to understand user needs, pain points, and behavioral patterns across digital touchpoints.

Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, marketing, and other internal stakeholders to align UX strategy with business acquisition goals, policyholder engagement, and digital KPIs.

Analyze user behavior and performance metrics (e.g., session recordings, heatmaps, conversion funnels) to derive insights and make data-driven UX recommendations that improve digital experiences and drive measurable outcomes.

Partner with front-end and back-end development teams to ensure the successful translation of UX designs into fully functional and optimized interfaces across web and mobile platforms.

Conduct regular competitive analysis and benchmarking of UX trends, technologies, and features to ensure ART’s digital assets remain best-in-class, modern, and user-focused.

Lead UX review sessions and workshops with stakeholders to validate design direction, test hypotheses, and gather feedback for continuous iteration.

Create and maintain UX documentation, including design systems, style guides, accessibility standards, and interaction guidelines to ensure design consistency and efficiency across platforms.

Ensure all designs follow accessibility, usability, and responsive design principles to deliver inclusive and high-quality digital experiences.

Act as a UX advocate across the organization by promoting user-centered design principles, driving awareness of user needs, and ensuring empathy is embedded into every phase of product development.

Monitor post-launch performance of UX changes and enhancements, using analytics tools to track adoption, satisfaction, and engagement improvements.
