About the Role

We’re looking for a Digital Visual Designer (Marketing) to execute high-quality digital design across email marketing, paid media, and social campaigns. This role will work closely with our Art Director and Senior Visual Designer, focusing on execution, refinement, and consistency within established brand systems.

This is a hands-on role ideal for a designer who thrives in digital environments, is fluent in Figma, and enjoys producing clean, on-brand assets at speed. The role is primarily digital and does not focus on print.

What You Will Do

• Design digital assets for email marketing campaigns, paid ads, and social media channels.
• Execute layouts, imagery, and typography within established brand systems and templates.
• Support campaign rollouts through resizing, versioning, and adapting assets across formats and platforms.
• Collaborate closely with the Art Director and Senior Visual Designer to translate creative direction into finished assets.
• Prepare production-ready files for deployment across marketing platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to meet deadlines and campaign schedules.
• Manage tasks, feedback, and revisions using Jira.
• Collaborate and review designs using Figma.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail, consistency, and visual quality across all deliverables.

Required Experience & Skills

• 2+ years of professional experience in digital visual design or marketing design.
• Strong experience designing digital assets for email, paid media, and social platforms.
• Proficiency in Figma for layout, collaboration, and version control.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of digital layout, typography, hierarchy, and visual systems.
• Ability to work efficiently within established brand guidelines and design systems.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Comfortable working onsite and collaborating closely with a creative team.

Bonus if You

• Have experience designing for e-commerce or digital retail brands.
• Have experience supporting performance or paid social campaigns.
• Have experience using AI tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or similar for ideation or moodboarding.
• Are curious about new creative tools and workflows.
• Have experience working in an in-house creative or marketing team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
