Digital Work Instructions Content Creator Intern

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and creative Digital Work Instructions Content Creator Intern to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in developing engaging, clear, and visually appealing digital work instructions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in content creation and exposure to many manufacturing processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce high-quality content that supports training, onboarding, and product documentation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and editing detailed digital work instructions using various content management systems and design tools.
• Use applications such as VKS (Virtual Knowledge Share) to develop graphics, illustrations, and visual assets for work instructions.
• Support the development of multimedia content including videos, photography, and animations to enhance instructional materials.
• Create and validate bill of materials to be consistent with work instructions using Google Docs, Excel and Word.

Skills

• Proficiency or interest in basic graphic design principles.
• Familiarity with VKS, Google Docs, Excel, and Word preferred.
• Ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging instructional content.
• Experience with photography, video editing and videography to produce multimedia instructional materials.
• Ability to work independently with excellent organizational skills while collaborating effectively within a team environment.
