The team is responsible for;

• Installation and configuration of end-user devices such as notebooks, phones, tablets, etc., operating within Garanti BBVA and all its subsidiaries; management of the installation processes for physical hardware such as switches, routers, and branch servers; and organization of the user delivery flow after device installation.
• Central management of devices such as printers, scanners, and barcode readers provided to end-users.
• Installation and management of information displays across the organization, in collaboration with relevant teams.
• Monitoring and coordinating processes for periodic system maintenance and updates.
• Taking proactive measures to prevent system problems and monitoring and coordinating processes to resolve any issues that occur.
• Ensuring performance and efficiency within the SLA and fulfilling the necessary adjustments and requirements.
• Designing processes related to Hardware Asset Management and writing relevant documents. Ensures that existing documents are kept up to date.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Graduate from Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mathematical Engineering, or similar departments of universities
• Experience with hardware and software for PCs and workplace peripherals
• Experience with reporting technologies
• Knowledge of scripting and system automation/development
• Experience with central system management platforms and processes
