Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage integrated digital marketing campaigns across platforms including social media, search engines, email, and display advertising to maximize reach and engagement.
- Utilize SEO tools and keyword research techniques to enhance organic search rankings and improve website visibility.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns using Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords), Facebook Advertising, and other SEM (Search Engine Marketing) channels to generate leads and conversions.
- Optimize landing pages and user funnels through conversion optimization strategies, A/B testing, and performance marketing techniques.
- Oversee content creation efforts by producing high-quality copy, engaging visuals using Adobe Creative Suite and Photoshop, and managing content on WordPress or other content management systems.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, SQL queries, and other analytics tools to inform data-driven decision-making.
- Coordinate email marketing campaigns with marketing automation platforms to nurture leads and maintain customer engagement.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and web developers to ensure website design aligns with branding standards and supports SEO best practices.
- Stay current with industry trends in digital marketing, SEM, B2B marketing strategies, and emerging tools to continuously refine tactics.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing management with a strong understanding of SEO tools, SEM campaigns, social media marketing, and analytics platforms.
- Proficiency in SEO techniques including keyword research, on-page optimization, link-building strategies, and SEO tools such as SEMrush or Moz.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads (AdWords), Facebook Advertising, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and marketing automation platforms.
- Skilled in content creation—copywriting for web pages, blogs, email campaigns—and graphic design using Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics, SQL for data analysis, and content management systems like WordPress or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data insights into actionable strategies for performance marketing improvements.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members across departments including sales, creative teams, and web developers.
