Job Title: Digitization & Claims Consultant (Doctor)

Roles Overview:

We are seeking clinically strong, detail-oriented doctors to manage medical prescription digitization and OPD claims processing. The role demands sound medical judgment, high accuracy, adherence to compliance standards, and vigilance toward fraud prevention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digitize handwritten and typed prescriptions into accurate digital records.
• Validate medical appropriateness of prescribed medicines and investigations.
• Process and adjudicate OPD claims as per policy guidelines.
• Create medicine carts and coordinate lab test bookings based on prescriptions.
• Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance.
• Identify discrepancies, inappropriate claims, and potential fraud indicators.

Qualifications:

• BDS / M.Pharm / MBBS or equivalent healthcare qualification.
• Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of OPD treatment protocols.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and in team-based environments.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Experience:

Candidates with prior experience in health insurance claims adjudication, medical underwriting, or TPA-based claim processing will be strongly preferred - especially from organizations known for structured doctor-led claims operations such as: Care Health Insurance, Aditya Birla Health Insurance, Niva Bupa, Medi Assist, MCHI, Star Health, ICICI Lombard, HDFC Ergo, etc.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
