Job Summary

The Digital Marketing Expert will be responsible for managing all company social media pages, improving online engagement, running targeted campaigns, and generating new clients. This role requires creativity, strong analytical skills, and expertise in digital marketing strategies that convert.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow all company social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Create engaging content, graphics, and promotional materials
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (social media, Google Ads, email marketing, etc.)
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI
• Develop lead-generation strategies to attract new clients
• Improve brand visibility across all digital platforms
• Analyze trends, insights, and competitor activity
• Maintain consistent posting schedules and respond to audience interactions
• Track and report key performance metrics to management

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist/Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
• Experience with paid ads (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, etc.)
• Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and analytics tools
• Excellent communication, writing, and creative skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe) are a plus
