Available Schedule: Part-time, hours to be discussed during interview.

BROAD SCOPE OF POSITION: Assist with preparation, serving, and clearing of food. Responsible for the bussing and cleanup of all flatware, silverware, and glassware. Appropriately clean all floors, sinks, countertops, walls, etc. Always maintain a positive attitude and stress cleanliness.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

· Take resident orders and serve food accordingly

· Bus tables in accordance with company policies

· Maintain cleanliness of floors and equipment and dining room

· Assist with preparation of meals as needed

· Assist in food prep

· Pay attention to presentation, taste and attitude during mealtimes

· Attend any in-service training as required

· Ensure compliance and understanding of residents’ rights

· Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

· Able to read, write and follow oral and written directions at a level necessary to accomplish the job

· Able to relate positively to residents, families, guests, and other personnel

· Able to maintain reliable attendance on a designated schedule.

· Able to perform duties and responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation

· Must be able to pass background check

EXPERIENCE:

· Experience in senior housing or long term care helpful
