Dining Services Supervisor

Do you have previous restaurant, catering or banquet experience as a coordinator, supervisor or shift manager? The Hawthorne Hotel is looking to add a reliable, flexible and professional dining services supervisor to their food & beverage team. You will be part of team managing two hotel restaurants, room service, and a staff of 30.

Responsibilities include:

  • overseeing the day-to-day operations of two restaurant outlets
  • opening and closing procedures
  • maintaining cleanliness, maintenance and overall appearance of all dining and service areas
  • managing servers, bussers, hosts
  • engaging with patrons - both local and visitors (a good knowledge of local attractions is a must!)

Flexibility is IMPERATIVE! Shifts include opening, closing, weekends and holidays. Full or part-time considered. This is an hourly position, with rate based on experience. Our restaurants use Aloha POS.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
