Sales & Site Engineer – Civil / MEP Maintenance Works

We are looking for motivated and result-oriented Diploma Civil / MEP Engineers with experience in Construction, Civil Maintenance, MEP Works, and related services.

The candidate should be capable of finding new clients, conducting site visits, coordinating projects, and supporting the company in securing new maintenance and construction works.

Key Responsibilities

• Finding new clients and generating business opportunities for maintenance, civil construction, MEP, fit-out, and service-related works.
• Conducting site visits and preparing proper site reports.
• Coordinating with clients, suppliers, and site teams.
• Following up for client approvals and project requirements.
• Supporting project execution and closing projects successfully.
• Preparing work updates and reporting to management.
• Assisting in quotation follow-ups and project coordination.
• Maintaining professional communication and good working relationships.

Requirements

• Diploma in Civil Engineering / MEP or related field.
• Experience in Civil Construction, Maintenance Works, or MEP Projects.
• Valid Qatar Driving License is mandatory.
• Candidate must have valid Qatar visa with NOC preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to conduct site visits independently.
• Hardworking and target-oriented personality.
• Honest and responsible person.
• Good attitude towards employees, coworkers, and clients.
• Ability to fulfill responsibilities with proper actions and commitment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR2,800.00 per month
