Job Title: Machine Operator - GET/ DET

Key Responsibilities:

• Machine Operation – Assist in operating the solar cell stringer machine as per production schedule, ensuring accuracy, safety, and quality standards.
• Cell Stringing Process – Learn and support activities like cell loading, alignment, tabbing, soldering, and visual inspection.
• Troubleshooting Support – Assist senior operators/engineers in identifying minor machine issues and perform basic corrective actions under supervision.
• SOP & Compliance – Follow all process SOPs, work instructions, safety regulations, and EHS guidelines strictly.
• Production Reporting – Maintain daily production logs, machine checklists, and assist in preparing reports for supervisors.
• Continuous Learning – Participate in technical training on stringer machines, lamination processes, and solar module manufacturing standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related engineering discipline.
• Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of experience in manufacturing/production (preferable).
• Basic understanding of machines, soldering, electrical components will be an advantage.
• Strong observation skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn solar manufacturing processes and machine operations.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
