Job Description

We are looking for a Diploma in EEE candidate for our Shoe Upper Manufacturing Unit. The candidate will be responsible for machine maintenance, electrical troubleshooting and ensuring smooth production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Electrical maintenance of stitching machines (Juki, Brother, Pegasus, Golden Wheel)
• Troubleshooting cutting, skiving, splitting, embossing, stamping machines
• Motor, sensor, switch & wiring repair
• Control panel & LT line monitoring
• Preventive maintenance schedule
• Breakdown support during production
• Maintenance of compressors, blowers, adhesive heating machines
• Support for utility equipment (UPS, DG, stabilizers)
• Ensure electrical safety & EHS compliance

Qualification

• Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) – Mandatory
• Freshers / Experienced both can apply

Experience

• 0 to 4 years in any manufacturing unit
• Experience in leather / shoe industry will be an added advantage

Skills Required

• Knowledge of single-phase & three-phase systems
• Basic motor repair / rewinding knowledge
• Troubleshooting sensors & control circuits
• Ability to work in shifts
• Good problem-solving & communication skills

Salary

• ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on experience)
