Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Diploma Mechanical Engineer to handle maintenance, troubleshooting, and smooth operation of printing and related production machinery in our Tag & Tape Printing unit. The candidate should ensure minimum downtime and support continuous production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of printing machines (Flexo / Offset / Screen / Digital).
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues in production equipment.
• Maintain pneumatic systems, compressors, gear mechanisms, belts, and bearings.
• Coordinate with the production team to reduce machine downtime.
• Ensure proper installation, alignment, and calibration of machines.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and machine maintenance records.
• Support new machine setup and commissioning.
• Ensure safety standards and maintenance SOP compliance.

Qualification

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory)
• 0–2 years of experience in printing / manufacturing industry preferred
• Freshers with strong technical knowledge can apply

Required Skills

• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Understanding of printing machinery is an added advantage
• Basic electrical knowledge (preferred)
• Ability to work in shifts (if required)
• Team coordination & problem-solving skills
