Experience: 1–2 Years
Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Production or related field

Responsibilities:

• Feed raw materials or parts into machines or production lines.
• Set up machinery for operation and ensure proper functioning.
• Start machinery and make necessary adjustments to improve performance.
• Operate machinery and equipment according to standard instructions.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and perform routine maintenance.
• Conduct quality control checks and maintain accurate production records.
• Report problems or potential issues promptly to the supervisor.
• Comply with all safety standards, procedures, and health regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness of machinery and work area.
• Ensure production targets are met as per cycle time and deadlines.
• Cooperate and follow instructions given by seniors.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the company.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Basic technical knowledge of machines and assembly processes.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and work instructions.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Prior experience in machine operation or assembly preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
