Diploma Trainee Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented trainee (mechanical) to support our mechanical testing laboratory operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with quality policies, standards, and procedures, and will assist in maintaining a high standard of accuracy and efficiency in all testing and documentation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform visual examination of samples and carry out sample preparation tasks, including cutting, grinding, and any other required procedures before testing.
• Use precision measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers and Screw Gauges etc. with proficiency.
• Perform and verify calculations related to mechanical testing with accuracy and consistency.
• Assist in the maintenance and proper management of the laboratory according to standard norms and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Proficiency in using measuring tools.
• Knowledge of basic workshop job works.
