Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care during overnight hours, including monitoring vital signs and administering medications following prescribed protocols.
• Support individuals with disabilities and geriatric care needs.
• Document medical records accurately, including progress notes, and behavioral data collection in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Assist with activities of daily living such as hygiene, nutrition, and mobility support to promote independence.
• Collaborate with social workers and healthcare professionals to coordinate care plans tailored to each individual’s needs.
• Maintain a safe environment through vigilant supervision, behavior management techniques, and adherence to all safety protocols.

Requirements

• Prior experience working within the assisted living environment is preferred.
• Ability to work overnight shifts consistently while maintaining high energy levels and positive engagement.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology, vital signs monitoring, medication administration, and medical documentation practices.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and the importance of confidentiality in handling medical records and sensitive information.
• Excellent communication skills for data collection, and collaborating effectively with team members.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
