Direct Care Provider

Our company is seeking an individual to join our team of Direct Care Providers working in a home setting or out in the community. This position requires a non-judgmental approach, the ability to remain calm in stressful situations, and excellent attention to detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting patients with daily activities such as eating, bathing and housekeeping tasks. PLEASE TEXT 954-822-9275

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with doctors and other medical professionals on patient's progress.
• Carry out activities of daily living such as dressing, grooming, and bathing.
• Help patients eat, move about, and exercise.
• Provide care for the elderly.
• Be able to lift 50 pounds safely.
• Know how to recognize and respond to medical emergencies such as cardiac arrest or stroke.
• Report changes in patient's condition to the primary care physician.
• Communicate with physicians and other medical professionals on patients' progress.

Job Types: Temporary, Part-time, Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
