Direct Care Staff

Looking for a caring and reliable Direct Care Staff to support individuals with developmental disabilities at our group home. This role involves helping with routines, personal care, and skill-building in a safe, supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily living tasks and personal care
• Support independence in the home and community
• Follow care plans and complete simple documentation
• Maintain safety and respectful communication

Qualifications:

• Compassion, reliability, and good communication
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Must meet background requirements
• Must have driver license and reliable transportation
• Experience in caregiving is a plus but not required

Hours:

Currently looking to fill night shift and weekends.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.25 per hour
