Shift Schedule Options:

• 8:00AM- 4:00PM
• 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer prescribed oral medications accurately and on time
• Monitor and document patient conditions including temperature, pulse, and respiration
• Assist with evening routines such as toileting, hygiene, and dressing for bed
• Escort clients to late-day appointments or evening community activities
• Maintain accurate care logs and medication administration records
• Communicate any concerns to the RN Supervisor during 45-day care plan reviews

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Active Maryland CMT certification (issued by the Maryland Board of Nursing)
• Previous experience working with elderly or disabled individuals
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain accurate medical documentation
• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to care
• Physical ability to assist with lifting, mobility, and transfers

Pay: $15.50 - $17.00 per hour
