Direct Care Support Staff

Overview
Looking for individuals for Direct Care Support Staff positions. The position requires dependable transportation that is available for all of your shifts and a valid driver's license. A high school diploma or Ged is required as well as being able to pass a background check without disqualifying crimes.

A Direct Care Support Staff is required to participate in all aspects of their clients lives which include but are not limited to maintaining their home, following dietary guidelines implemented by their DR, community outings, increasing independence in all areas of their lives, ensuring all medications are administered per Dr orders, and engaging in many social skills opportunities on a daily basis. Direct Care Support Staff are required to complete daily documentation on a variety of events depending on the client's needs.

Direct Care Support Staff should possess patience, the willingness to learn and adapt to varying client needs, following directives from Supervisors, ability to be productive without a supervisor present, and at the desire to work as a team with other staff to encourage growth and fun for our clients.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
