Direct Field Marketing Manager Earn $100K to $350K

Position: Direct Field Marketing Manager

We are seeking a proven canvassing leader to oversee door-to-door canvassing teams. This is a position focused on driving daily lead production and maintaining accountability in the field.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train, and manage door-to-door canvassers
• Run daily team huddles and coaching sessions
• Map and assign neighborhood canvassing routes
• Canvass targeted areas when additional support is needed
• Help the team schedule free inspections with homeowners
• Monitor daily and weekly performance metrics

• Proven door-to-door canvassing leadership experience
• Strong coaching and team management skills

• Organized and results-focused
• Excellent communication skills

Compensation

• Earn $100K–$350K (Salary, Commission, Bonus and Overrides)
