<div>Position: Direct Field Marketing Manager
We are growing and in need of a leader to manage our team of door to door canvassers!
Must Have:<ul><li>
Proven experience in door-to-door canvassing either as a Team Leader, Canvassing Manager, Canvassing Director or Canvassing Trainer.</li></ul>
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Interview, hire, train, manage and motivate canvassers</li><li>
Do daily mapping and plan neighborhood routes and schedules.</li><li>
Conduct daily meetings</li><li>
Canvass neighborhoods to find old and damaged windows, doors and roofing</li><li>
Speak to homeowners and schedule appointments for free inspection and estimates</li></ul>
