We’re seeking a highly detail-oriented marketing professional to support the execution of our direct mail campaigns within a structured, compliance-driven financial services environment.

This role is focused on the precise, end-to-end execution of direct mail campaigns—ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to established processes as our program continues to scale. The ideal candidate thrives in detail-heavy work, takes pride in getting things exactly right, and operates with a high level of ownership and accountability.

This is not a project management role. It is a hands-on execution role for someone who excels in the mechanics of campaign delivery and the discipline required in regulated marketing environments.

  • Support campaign reporting by ensuring underlying data and execution details are accurate and complete
  • Translate lifecycle marketing strategies into detailed technical specifications and executable code
  • Own the end-to-end development of campaign targeting logic, including segmentation, eligibility, and suppression rules
  • Develop, optimize, and maintain advanced SAS programs to generate accurate and compliant target audiences
  • Ensure strong campaign controls, data quality, suppression accuracy, and audit documentation
  • Conduct post-campaign analysis and recommend optimizations to improve performance and ROI
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Risk, Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and execution excellence
  • Identify and implement opportunities to automate processes and improve efficiency within our Marketing Technology Stack
  • Serve as a technical lead and mentor to junior developers and campaign execution analysts
  • You’re a great fit if you have:
  • 5+ years of experience in direct mail or marketing campaign execution, preferably in a regulated industry
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of work
  • Strong copyediting and proofreading skills with excellent grammar
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns and deadlines in a structured environment
  • Familiarity with compliance and legal review processes in marketing
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain clear documentation and tracking systems
  • Ability to proactively identify and resolve issues within established processes
  • Experience working with external vendors and cross-functional teams
  • Analytical mindset with comfort supporting campaign performance tracking
  • Experience with campaign workflow tools (Monday.com preferred), tracking systems, and vendor platforms
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel or similar tools for tracking and reconciliation
  • Comfort using modern tools (including AI-assisted proofreading and QA) to support accuracy and efficiency
