Prepare, explain, and obtain signed contracts from new clients in a timely and professional manner.

Promote ART product to achieve set and agreed personal monthly, quarterly and annual target.

Establish, build and maintain the relationship with new business prospects clients.

Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within the existing portfolio to maximize customer value and retention revenue.

Maintain and renew existing client policies by proactively following up before expiration and offering suitable renewal options.

Understand the market dynamics and competition trends and present the yearly plan accordingly.

Manage the complete customer onboarding cycle in the CRM system from lead assignment to invoice generation ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Prepare and collect signed “Know Your Customer” (KYC) forms as required.

Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements by applying and regularly updating knowledge of industry policies, including passing the IFCE (Insurance Foundation Certificate) and adhering to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.

Operate in alignment with ART’s strategic goals and core values to maintain service quality and professionalism.

Collect initial payments and clearly communicate ART’s credit control policies to new clients.

Gather and verify all required documentation as per Council of Cooperative Health Insurance (CCHI) standards and submit to the relevant department.

Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of all activities in ART’s CRM system on a daily basis.

Prioritize clients who meet ART’s risk appetite while avoiding non-preferred or high-risk profiles.

Ensure all documentation requirements for new clients are completed in line with business needs and operational guidelines.

Ensure client satisfaction by providing the best services demonstrating ART’s values and resolve complaint in timely manner.
