Direct Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential customers for financial products and services
  • Explain product features, benefits, and eligibility criteria to customers
  • Build and maintain good customer relationships to ensure continued business growth
  • Achieve assigned sales targets through regular field visits and lead follow-ups
  • Maintain records of sales activities and report updates to supervisors
  • Represent the company professionally during client interactions

Key Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Tamil mandatory)
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated personality
  • Basic understanding of financial products and customer engagement
  • Strong presentation and persuasion skills
  • Willingness to travel within assigned locations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹216,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
