Job Overview

We are hiring a Direct Sales Executive in Calicut to handle company-provided leads, meet potential clients, and achieve sales targets. The role is ideal for motivated individuals who want to grow in the sales and marketing field.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on leads provided by the company and convert them into business.
• Meet customers directly, explain product benefits, and close sales.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Prepare daily reports and share updates with the manager.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in direct/field sales (BFSI/Insurance preferred).
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and result-oriented.
• Local candidates from Calicut preferred.
