Following our latest accreditation and being named Octopus Cosy Installer of the Year, we are continuing our rapid growth and are now looking for experienced sales professionals to join our expanding team.

We have a passionate, experienced team based in Paisley, and our coverage extends throughout Scotland and the North East of England.

• £27,000 basic salary + uncapped commission (OTE of £50,000 - £100,000)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct 2–4 home energy surveys daily from pre-qualified, appointed leads (no cold calling).
• Recommend the most suitable renewable energy solutions — including heat pumps, solar panels, and boilers — tailored to each customer’s needs.
• Deliver professional, ethical, and customer-focused sales presentations.
• Maintain our excellent customer service reputation.
• Work independently and as part of a dynamic sales team.

Requirements

• Proven Direct Sales experience is a must in one or more of the following:
• Heat Pumps
• Solar PV (Solar Panels)
• Gas Boilers
• Electric Heating Systems
• Confident closer with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Competent computer and CRM skills.
• Positive attitude, self-motivation, and strong work ethic.
• Desire to build a high-earning career in the renewable energy sales sector.

Location & Working Pattern

• Head Office: Paisley, Scotland
• After full training, you’ll work from home, visiting the office only for meetings and ongoing development.
• You’ll cover customer appointments throughout Scotland nearest to the location of your home.
