Direct Service Worker

Must have a vehicle and be willing to transport.

Applicants must have a passion for serving individuals with disabilities. The ideal candidate will assist individuals with daily living activities, promote independence, and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Assist participant with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Support participant with household tasks including meal preparation, cleaning, and laundry
• Accompany participant to appointments if needed
• Follow an individualized plan of care and report any changes in the participant's condition.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for the participant.
• Communicate effectively with participants, families, and supervisors
• Respect participants' confidentiality and dignity at all times.

Qualifications:

• Passion for serving individuals with disabilities
• Ability to assist with physical tasks and mobility support if needed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable, punctual, and professional appearance
• Previous experience in caregiving or similar roles preferred but not required

Starting pay ranges from $9.00 and is negotiable depending on the participant's needs. All caregivers will classified as W-2 employees, as required legally.
