Direct Support Professional (1 year preferred)

Home Caregivers is a locally owned and operated business which has provided in-home care services since 2002.

We are looking for motivated and compassionate people that enjoys working with others. We are hiring for ALL SHIFTS and ALL DEPARTMENTS. Our RESIDENTIAL Dept specializes with the I/DD and Elderly population. Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN DSPs, are urged to apply! No experience is required - ALL training is PAID for!

Multiple shifts available in our RESIDENTIAL Dept in Fentress & Putnam County!

Days (12-hr mirror shifts), Nights (12-hr mirror shifts), Support staff (Not for every home), must be able to work two weekends a month.

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High School diploma or GED is required
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Must be able to pass a drug screening
• Your own Reliable Vehicle is Required
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance is required
• Must be able to provide three references (2 professional and 1 personal)
• Nurturing and compassionate nature with the desire to care for others
• Ability to work with limited supervision
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, energetic, self-motivated, and well-organized
