Support Staff for Individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities

We are looking for compassionate and caring individuals to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in all aspects of daily living in kosher group homes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist individuals with daily living tasks in a supportive and respectful manner.
• Provide assistance with transferring and lifting individuals when necessary.
• Work with individuals who may have been exposed to communicable diseases.

Requirements:

• High School graduate or GED.
• Compassionate and caring attitude.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer literate with a good command of the English language.
• Valid, non-probationary NJ driver’s license in good standing.
• Physically able to assist with transferring and lifting individuals.
• Must be fully vaccinated and boosted.
