MPA Services is opening a new home in Delphos, Ohio. We are hiring two compassionate Direct Support Professional (Home Supervisor and an additional DSP) to support one client with developmental disabilities in a calm, behavior-free home.

What We Offer

• Pay: Up to 17.25/hr

Typical Schedule for Home Supervisor (Guaranteed 27 hours per week with options for additonal hours if preferred):

• Standard shift: 4-9p (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday) and 2-9p (every other Saturday and Sunday)

Typical Schedule for part-time DSP (Guaranteed 12 hours per week with options for additional hours if preferred):

• Standard shift: 4-9p (every Wednesday) and 2-9p (every other Saturday and Sunday)

Your Key Responsibilities

• Support Clients Daily: Play games, engage individual in activities, assist with meals, medications, personal care, and mobility
• Encourage Growth: Promote independence, community engagement, and life skills
• Ensure Safety: Monitor well-being, follow ISPs, and maintain compliance
• Stay Organized: Complete documentation, progress notes, and incident reports
• Build Relationships: Partner with families, clients, and staff to create a supportive home

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED
• Prior DSP or caregiving experience
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance
• Ability to pass background checks
• Compassion, patience, and strong communication skills
• Leadership or supervisory experience (for the Home Supervisor)
