Job Summary

Help adults with disabilities achieve greater independence while having fun and building meaningful connections.

Our caregivers support participants with personal goals, everyday tasks, and community outings. Get paid to hang out with a buddy—whether that’s going to the movies, bowling, attending agency events, going to the library, visiting the zoo, relaxing at the park, and so much more!

Duties

• Provide daily living support (meals, hygiene, medication assistance).
• Assist with community activities and appointments.
• Encourage independence and personal growth.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment.
• Follow individualized care plans.

Requirements
-At least 18 years old
-Drivers License
-Auto Insurance
-Reliable Vehicle
-CPR/First Aid (Nice to have but we can help you get certified! Company pays)
-Assistance with Medication (Nice to have but we can help you get certified!

Currently hiring 3pm-11pm (participant prefers male staff)

Weekends required

Location: Nampa, Boise and Meridian
$14-$16 (DOE)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8.0 – 40.0 per week
