Our group home in Apache Junction is a supportive and structured environment where our residents receive person-centered services with dignity, respect, and professionalism. We’re now seeking Direct Support Professionals who share our passion and commitment to care.

Position Summary:
We are hiring DSPs to join our team and help support our residents in daily activities, personal care, and community involvement. This is a great opportunity for professionals looking for flexible scheduling, weekend shifts, or supplemental income.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care and support to members with developmental disabilities
• Assist with daily living tasks including hygiene, meals, medication reminders, and mobility
• Engage members in recreational and community activities
• Maintain accurate documentation and daily logs per DDD guidelines
• Uphold a safe and clean living environment
• Follow behavior and care plans as directed
• Respond to emergencies and communicate effectively with supervisors

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid Arizona driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Current CPR, First Aid, Article 9, and DCW (or willingness to obtain prior to hire)
• Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card (or in process)
• Experience with DDD population preferred but not required
• Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented
