Duties:
- Provide patient care that promotes comfort, dignity, and independence.
- Support individuals with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with mobility and ambulation, as needed.
- Perform heavy lifting and transfer safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment that meets our high standards for cleanliness and safety.
- Engage in communication with individuals, including supporting their social and emotional needs.
- Advocate for Individual's rights and ensure that their voices are heard.
- Collaborate with other care professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver's license
- Must be 18years or older
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
-Communicate effectively with team members.
-Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
-The ability to provide compassionate and respectful care to individuals.
- Encourage community participation Document all observations and daily progress notes.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and transfer residents.
