Weekdays and Weened Day PCA Personal Care Assistant needed in Woodbridge Virginia.

Allay Home Care, Virginia

IMMEDIATE NEED for PCAs for weekdays

Mon-Fri: 9am -4pm

Seeking Caregivers who:

PCA's (Personal Care Assistants)

• Are reliable, dependable, honest and caring
• Speak and write in English, or (Spanish, Hindi, Urdu, Farsi, Urdu, Amharic, any other languages)
• Have a valid driver’s license, current automobile insurance and can drive to clients’ homes or have a reliable source of transportation
• Are able to recognize changes in their clients and be able to alert proper personnel when necessary

Major Responsibilities:

• Assisting clients with their personal care needs in accordance with the care plan.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADL’s) in a safe and beneficial manner.
• May be required to take clients to appointment or run errands.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

• Experience as a caregiver in a home care setting or skilled facility.
• Must pass all background and drug screenings with satisfactory results.

Other Requirements and Qualifications

• Able to work an average of 20-40 hours per week.
• Able to lift 20-30 pounds.

Job Location: Fairfax, Falls Church, Chantilly, Manassas, Woodbridge, Virginia.

Work Hours: Monday- Friday, Flexible Hours

Required experience :

Caregiving (in home or facility): minimum 3 months or more.

Freshers are encourage to apply, training will be provided.

Required language:

English OR Any (Spanish, Farsi, Hindi, Punjabi, Amharic, Urdu, Arabic, etc.)

Required license or certification:

PCA License or equivalent training
