Perspectives Corporation is hiring immediately for Direct Support Professionals in the Adult Residential Services across South County, RI including:

Westerly, Charlestown, Hope Valley, Narragansett, and Wakefield.

Immediate Openings for part-time and full-time DSPs in Adult Residential Services for all shifts - including shift differential pay for all weekend (Saturday & Sunday) 2nd and 3rd shifts!

As a Direct Support Professional, you will work in a residential setting supporting individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. This rewarding role focuses on promoting community integration and assisting individuals in maintaining essential daily living skills.

We require a favorable criminal record check, safe driving record and access to an insured vehicle. High School Diploma/GED equivalent is required.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Household management (cooking, cleaning, laundry)
• Support community and daily living skills
• Building and maintaining healthy friendships and relationships
• Administering medications
• Transporting individuals to work, appointments, and outings
• Exploring recreational activities that reflect the individual’s interests
