Direct Support Professional (asleep overnight)

Tadd's Lighthouse (Adult Foster Care & Related Services agency) is currently seeking compassionate individuals with initiative and enthusiasm to work in direct care roles with adults with disabilities. This is an ASLEEP overnight position. There will be a mix of asleep and awake overnight hours. The asleep rate is $13/hr with the awake $18/hr.

Direct Support Staff:

• 18 Years or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Pass a Background Study
• Valid Driver’s License & Proof of Insurance to drive the company van for outings, appointments, etc.
• Must be able to drive a company van for client appointments, outings
• Successfully complete all necessary training requirements with in 60 days of hire (Paid training)
• Promote Quality of life for individuals served
• Carry out the Tadd's Lighthouse Mission and Philosophy
• Personal Cares of service recipients
• Cooking, cleaning, laundry, passing of medication

We are currently looking for multiple shifts.

This does require driving the company van.
